We are going to start with the user areas. Those are the most important settings to work with your team. I will introduce you to a specific company and we’re going to set up users, roles and security groups to organize the whole processes and data structures including the permission system.
Afterward, we’re going to look into the general systems configurations like currencies, languages, search settings and themes. There are plenty of detailed settings. Some might be needed quite frequently, others only in specific situations.
Next, there are all the module settings. Many modules come with some specific settings that you can already configure inside this CRM. Additionally, the CRM has plenty of settings around modules, for instance, which users should see them and which not.
The standard E-Mail Setup is quite straightforward. Sometimes you might have more advanced configuration requirements. In this SuiteCRM Course, we’re going to look into all the options that the CRM system brings out of the box for configuring your emails in your company and Suite CRM.
